Delta
I did the W.O.T. a few times, and drove down to Cape Cod, and it showed the mpg as 26. Does that sound right to you? Im going by the onboard computer.
Cadillac Jim
Sounds like it's consistent with other 275 hp Northstars I have seen here. I'm assuming that you kept it below 75 mph most of the time, the terrain was level, and you kept a steady foot. A 300 hp Northstar like mine would average 23 mpg, including stops. -- Click Here for CaddyInfo page on "How To" Read Your OBD Codes-- Click Here for my personal page to download my OBD code list as an Excel file, plus other Cadillac data -- See my CaddyInfo car blogs: 2011 CTS-V, 1997 ETC Yes, I was Jims_97_ETC before I changed cars. BigCat83
When I moved from Massachusetts to Tampa Bay a few years back my 275HP '97 Eldorado averaged 27.9 along stretches of I95. True figure no exageration.
Delta
Wow, that makes me happier than heck! although the check oil light came on after putting a quart in, 450 miles..???
Ranger
Wow, that makes me happier than heck! although the check oil light came on after putting a quart in, 450 miles..??? Needs more WOT. Do it in second gear and let it back down to 50 or so. Mileage sounds right.
