The Forum is resisting, but this post is where I am posting attachments after changing settings to see what happens THIS time. Sometimes you might see NO picture, sometimes no thumbnail, but a link to a picture, and someday proper behavior of a thumbnail and a picture. If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control.
