It's NOT. It's 17 North. Can someone let the other folks know??) If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans. But you can't miss the place so keep your eyes peeled. Anthony called me, he's from the cadillac forum that set up this meet, he said it's on the south side of 17 even though the Hooters website says north. In any case, keep your eyes peeled and you'll find it. Also, there's a hotel next to the restaurant where you will probably have to park since the parking lot for Hooters is rather small.
