I'd like to thanks those that have helped me with my various questions and problems in the past... your suggestions saved me many hours of troubleshooting! I got a deal I couldn't pass up on a 2007 Hummer H3, and I picked it up Friday night. I may check in from time to time, and I passed the web-site info to the guy that bought my car. Thanks again!

Congratulations on the new purchase. Like Astrak was alluding to in his post, hopefully you'll stop in from time to time. I'm currently looking for a small beater truck to haul wood, bricks, stones, mulch, furniture, etc. If the caddy decides to quit before I find a beater then I might consider a newer extend cab pickup for a replacement. Right now it's just a consideration but a serious one.

I got $6000 for the STS, but I'm not sure how much it sold for.... it's a long story. The short version is I know a guy with a car lot and told him he could keep anything he got for it over $6000.

Why I bought a Hummer... it was the best deal out there for a 4 wheel drive that gets ok mileage. It will be fun to use off road too. I am putting a Volant air intake system on it, a Dynomax exhaust, and I am going to beat on it! I deemed it to be the most fun multi purpose vehicle I could get for the least $$$$... that's it! It will be in the garage 80% of the time, as I drive a company truck most of the time.
