heater blowing fuses

Could you get the diagnostic codes and post them here? The way to get them is on this page:

From what you say without the codes, I would say that your HVAC motor is bad. There is a limiting resistor for the lower blower motor speeds that could also be bad but that's rare.

I can use the A/C with no prob. i pulled some codes and nothing to say about the HVAC

SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT IT IS OR COULD BE THE COMPRESSER???

A compressor clutch short would pop another fuse or breaker, not the blower.
