I created a misfire by cleaning injectors when I did an upper intake gasket in a 3100. You need to determine if this is ignition, vacuum or fuel related... that will be the first step. A leaky intake manifold gasket can cause it, a crack, injector, cross talk between the injector wires and the ignition wires, improperly routed ignition wires...
