'92 Seville - Need a part

Recommended Posts

I need "another" cabin fan module for this car. I had replaced it about 1 year ago and it's died again. Anyone know where I can get a used one?

Here are pictures of what I'm talking about. It's the module underneath the plug with the white wires sticking out of it.

The above image is a close up. The next images give you a general idea of it's location.

e-mail me at marika57@optonline.net or call me at 201-747-4219 or 201-399-2257. Thanks.

P.S. If anyone knows whether this part has a cross-over number, please let me know.

If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans.

That is the ECC Power Module. I found one on www.car-parts.com and sent an email to their "find it" service to see if they could find one for you... Call Scott at Lakewood Auto Parts (tell him you are a friend of Cadillac Mike's and ask him if he has one, his number is 631-957-3200 they have a good stock of parts. He will ship it to you, as he has done for Regis... Cadillac Mike, BodybyFisher, Scotty (Sybil?)

I ordered the module from Brasington Cadillac in Florida. Total price including shipping was $107.48. The dealership up here in New Jersey wanted $165.00. I should receive the part from the Florida dealership in a few days I guess.

I was wondering if replacing that wiring harness that attaches to the blower control module would solve the problem? Brasington parts department says the harness is not available, he said I might have to buy the instrument harness instead and he said I should search junk yards for it.
