Patrick7997
I love tools.... I wasn't real impressed with Harbor Freight, I must say.... I've bought some woodworking stuff from them.... the price is commensurate with their quality.... You might try heartlandamerica.com, they have some interesting stuff.... selection varies all the time... I got some router bits from them, really cheap, and they actually work okay.... For auto type stuff, I've been doing either Farm & Fleet, or Sears... I have destroyed some Craftsman tools, and they never even ask what size cheater bar I was using, they just give me a new one..... If you want to look at catalogs that have EVERYTHING, try Grainger, or a personal favorite of mine, McMaster-Carr....
epricedright
I find good deals on eBay and Amazon.com. At times, Amazon has crazy good deals on brand new tools. Numerous sellers sell through them. I bought a Mr. Buddy portable indoor (safe) propane heater for camping for half of what it was anywhere else a few months ago. I also bought my Streamlight Ultra Stinger flashlight from there for a great price...awesome rechargeable flashlight btw! Brightest light I've seen for it's size! Otherwise, Sears (Craftsman) gets most of my business. I use to buy Snap-On, but could never find there truck when needed....so I gave up on them years ago. There's a Harbor Freight a couple miles from me. I have to admit, I haven't been there yet, and I'm afraid to go - fearing I'll spend way more money than I can't afford, on tools I really don't need...right now anyhow. I just know I'll go bonkers in there...I admit, I'm a tool junkie! Their sales flyers look awful enticing whenever I see them. Their tools are so cheap though (but inexpensive), which is ok for tools you won't use much. But for tools I use a lot, I won't skimp on quality, and only buy the best being I know - you get what you pay for. There's also a Grainger a mile away that I buy some specialty parts from for my business, but they're not cheap. They have specials every now and then that I try to look out for.
