joeb Posted March 14, 2004 Report Share Posted March 14, 2004 there was another thread talking about headers for the northstar and if they would help performance. of course a FWD motor is a much tighter package. now that the RWD SRX and XLR are available, I wonder how free flowing their exhasut manifolds are? i assume they have tubular manifolds versus cast iron. The older Northstars have stainless steel tubular manifolds, but the newer ones (the RWD ones at least) went to a cast iron design for compactness and noise deadening.
