oil change?

The engine really takes 7.5 quarts with a filter. I believe that's what my owner's manual says. I wouldn't put in a full 8 quarts. If anything, put in 7 with the filter. Any extra oil won't hurt anything, but it'll burn off quickly and go out the tailpipes anyway.

Wellllllllllllllll,

It depends on how much. If they put enough in to get picked up by the crank, then things could get intere$ting in a hurry. I don't know how much it takes to reach the critical stage, but it is not wise to overfill ANY engine.

Around here, the oil change emporiums gripe about the N* because it takes more than 5 quarts for a fill.

Tell those Jiffy Lube guys to quit talking to their girl friends on the cell when they are working on your car! :P
