Caddygirl
I have a 2002 ElDorado ESC with @ 124k miles on it. I've noticed after heavy rainfall water will leak in and/or the interior glass will fog after light rain. It does have a sun roof. The water on the floorboard is usually on the passenger side in the back, and under the passenger seat, and I'm now noticing more under the drivers seat and a little on the front drivers side... But mainly the rear passenger side. The headliner does get wet but mainly toward the rear window. I've noticed water trickling down from what appears to be both sides of the back "walls" and onto the back seat as if it were coming through the window but I've since sealed the outside corners of the rear window where I suspected the leak and it hasn't been as bad. Any advice, please?
rockfangd
Sounds like either the Moonroof drains are plugged or disconnected from the moonroof. Open the moonroof completely and you should see the 4 drains, 1 in each corner. You can run a trimmer line down through the drains to remove obstructions. The drains come out under the doors into the rocker panels.
