It counts as a motorcycle in most jurisdictions, although your state may vary in the USA. I am not a fan of the front-view, which is intended to be reminiscent of a 60s formula 1 car, and a shame not manual transmission and rear-wheel drive, but I do find this to be a less expensive alternative to my other secret love, the Morgan 3 wheeler. which itself is a less expensive ($50K ish) substitute for a Morgan Roadster The Roadsters tend to run $85K+ used in the USA, but is a classic Morgan with a Ford 3.7L V6 stuffed in for proper modern roadkeeping.
