2000 Lincoln LS V8

Recommended Posts

I believe it's 252 hp on the 3.9L V8. The older LS cars are no match for a Northstar Seville/Eldorado. Even the newer LSes, with 280 hp, are slower than "us" in instrumented testing. I'm not certain on the changeover year...when the HP was upped from 252 to 280, but it was sometime near 2001 or 2002 I think. Either way, you'll have him easy.

It's a Ford, right? So you gotta lop 10% off the top of those HP numbers as a marketeering adjustment, right? They're so bad, they even got Mazda to lie about the RX-7's HP, and they only own PART of them!
