Cupillac Posted February 16, 2004 Report Share Posted February 16, 2004 Many people have posted problems such as mine, with noises coming from the drivers side dash. (right near the light switch). The only thing is that the noise coming from my car doesn't stop when it's warmed up, but it seems to be two things rubbing. It is a squeaking noise when I go down bumpy roads and it does not sound like it is coming from outside the car. Any suggestions? Bruce Nunnally Posted February 16, 2004 Report Share Posted February 16, 2004 The top of the dash comes off for disassembly; perhaps you are hearing the dash top rub against the lower portion? You may need to place small pads between the dash top and the dash lower portion in order to prevent the two squeeking against each other.
