Years ago, I recall the guru or bbobynski stating that when the Vin 9 came out, the hotter cam caused a lope that owners complained about and GM developed a PCM flash that tamed the lope down to an acceptable level. Does anyone recall this statement from the guru? If this is true, I wonder if it is possible to get the original "flash" or firmware WITH the lope, I would prefer to have the lope....
