Christan Dixon
I have a 2007 Cadillac STS, 4.6 Northstar V8. I have a code on that says cylinder/injector # 6 misfire (Code PO 206) When I took it to a shop they said that is not grounding properly & it is pulsing but they could give me no other advice on where to proceed. I have only had this car a week or two and you can clearly see where someone has tried to probe the wires and track down the problem.I have just changed an O2 Sensor (Right Side, Downstream), and a purge valve solenoid since the problems have started. It runs really rough, The engine light now flashes and the Traction control light comes on while it is messing up. At first it was occasional but now it is constant. Any advice? cdgrinci
First thought would be bad #6 plug and/or coil-pack; hopefully it is not cylinder related (i.e., ring/valve/cylinder itself).
