SevilleDorado Posted July 31, 2014 Report Share Posted July 31, 2014 Hello again - 95 ElDorado ETC - the security light on the dash suddenly stays on when ever the car is running - Never had a problem with it, car operates normally otherwise. Run the OBD I codes, write them down, and post them here and we can probably tell you what is wrong. It's probably a bad connection with the resistor in the ignition key pellet. It must be a connection , because it went out 2 days later, and hasn't come back on except for when starting or putting the key in wich is normal.
