I purchased these last year when I was going to replace the front struts on my 97 Seville, but decided to use new passive struts so I did not need them, I guess when you switch to a conventional strut setup these are used to fool the car into thinking the passive struts are installed. They plug into the plug that would plug into the strut. They are brand new. no package. Looking to get 30.00 shipped. Not sure what other years they work with but I believe it works with the Deville, Seville, and eldorado, Paypal preffered.
