ziggie
I've convinced that my BCM is bad but where is it located?
Cadillac Jim
There is no module named the BCM or PZM in the 2003 CTS but there is a rear integration module (RIM). All the doors and such have their own module. The RIM is "In the center rear of the passenger compartment, under the package shelf trim panel" according to the 2003 FSM. According to the line drawing linked to the component locator, it's over against the passenger side. It may be accessible through the trunk but I suspect that lifting the "package shelf trim panel" is the simplest way to get to it. What specifically are you looking for? If there is a problem to solve, I have the 2003 CTS FSM on CD-ROM and may be able to help. -- Click Here for CaddyInfo page on "How To" Read Your OBD Codes-- Click Here for my personal page to download my OBD code list as an Excel file, plus other Cadillac data -- See my CaddyInfo car blogs: 2011 CTS-V, 1997 ETC Yes, I was Jims_97_ETC before I changed cars.
