ken4d Posted February 27, 2013 Report Share Posted February 27, 2013 I have a 94 devill concous with the nothstar v8 I read in another post that the purge line runs from the tank on the passenger side to the bolt with the hole in it by the intake . My line that was clogged completely did not run to that bolt that line came from the fire wall side of the engine the line that was clogged ran to another 3/8 nipple that came right off the intake is this the correct routing and which is the purge line Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Cadillac Jim Posted March 2, 2013 Report Share Posted March 2, 2013 This is either the water line to the heater core, or the water line that is the return line from the surge tank and the heater core. One has a tee in it on the passenger side before it goes into the firewall; one branch of the tee goes to the surge tank. Both use a metal hose to go behind the engine.
