xftjp0
Okay I converted from electronic struts to passive struts. First problem I had was with the computer/electrical. I got it home and the gas door would open on its own. Also, the radio did not work. Then I could not start it - completely dead - no power at all. Now it would only die after 4-5 hours. Easy to jump - battery was fine. Took it back and they finally took the connectors off the old struts and plug them into the assembly. This worked even though I got all the messages service suspension system, speed limited to 90 etc. This was 5 months ago. Fast forward. Last week the same stuff started happening again. Needed brakes so I had them look at it. They to the connectors off the assembly. So the gas lid opens on its own the digital MPH readout doesn't work, and it goes dead within 4-5 hours. Just looking for some advice on what to do. It has to be a computer issue of some kind. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

No - it doesn't have to be a computer issue - the computer is one of the most robust pieces of equipment in the vehicle. Sumultaneously press and hold the ON/OFF and INFO Up buttons. When ALL? is displayed, press the ON/Off button to answer "yes" and the system will display the trouble codes for all the systems. Have a pen and paper in hand to write down the codes and post them here. The codes will point in the correct troubleshooting direction.
