BodybyFisher Posted September 10, 2012 Report Share Posted September 10, 2012 I fixed this on my 96 by resetting the vacuum hoses under the dash on the passenger side, there is a valve that has a bunch of hoses attached to it, remove the hose block and reinstall them.
