BodybyFisher Posted June 29, 2010 Report Share Posted June 29, 2010 Does anyone have experience with Local LAN (not internet/on-line gaming) multi-player gaming? Years ago, I could take two computers connected to a switch hub and each computer could play against eachother in a FPS (first person shooter) or driving game etc. Games like Quake, Quake Tournament, Need for Speed, etc, if I recall. It seems like most games today are on line games and playing locally is no longer possible. I am not sure if this is due to Vista or gaming not offering local LAN multi-player games anymore. Does anyone have experience with this?
