i just picked up a 96 eldorado,car was backed into local lake, was under water up to the dash

interior is shot {in the water for three days}.

Question, is it possible to rework car for hobby stock class at local track,{car is eligible}

Mainly a question of: How much money do you have, how much do you want to make it happen, and how fast do you want it to go?

Almost certainly be cheaper to buy a good car instead, but CAN it be done? sure.
