Remarks from GM leaders at the National Auto Dealer's Association:

GM Chairman Rick Wagoner:

There is nothing we can do to improve GM's image and ensure our long term success more than to grow our share consistently year after year. 

It's that simple.

It's that important.

And it's a goal we can reach if we work at it together.

Vice-Chairmain Bob Lutz:

We have one primary goal driving our entire product portfolio, to be best in class, in every class.  It's our hope that this mindset and these products will inspire you to adopt a best in class philosophy as well.

I think Mr. Lutz' message was more focused. I would love to hear people say that Cadillac has the best dealers in the business, and more stories of good experiences with Cadillac sales & service.
