timokon@yahoo.com
Is there a chart somewhere to check wheel compatiibility? I want to put wheels on my car. Saw a set of STS wheels on Ebay, but have no idea whether or not they'll fit my 93 DeVille. Thanks, Tim
Marika
http://www.tirerack.com is the site you want to look for wheels that will fit your car. If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. No more anything. You'll see how quickly people will slow down and once again learn to drive like "normal" humans.
timokon@yahoo.com
Went to tirerack.com, but that's just a site to buy new tires. I'm interested in knowing for instance, when I find a nice set of 2001 SLS (or any other year /model combo) wheels and tires on Ebay for 500 bucks, are they compatible with MY car. Oh, for the good old days, when all you had to know was Make and diameter to know if a set of wheels would fit or not. Tim
Willie Hank
I couldn't find anything on my '93 STS OEM wheels on the internet, and probably wouldn't have trusted the information. The best thing to do is pull your wheels and measure the centercap bore, measure and calculate the lug pattern (must calculate 5 lug), measure the the offset, and measure the rim width. Use dial calipers if you can, to be accurate, almost required for the lug pattern calculation. This site has some good information, ...I just found it. http://www.hogantire.com/tcwheelfitment.htm

Tim If you go to the tirerack.com website, you can enter your car's year/make/model and it will come back with a FULL LIST of all the tires and rims that will fit your car. Isn't this what you want????????? If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. From what I can see, tirerack only sells NEW products. I can't find out if the '01 OEM SLS Wheels that I saw on Ebay will fit my 93 DeVille. THAT's the info I'm looking for. BY the way, is this website doing anything wierd for anyone else today? Tim
JasonA
Tim, I think this is what you're looking for: http://www.tyresave.co.uk/fitment.html Jason(2001 STS, White Diamond) "When you turn your car on...does it return the favor?"
phillydude
Or you could e-mail Cardio-Doc and he could probably not only tell you what wheels will fit your Caddy, but also get you a good deal on a set. No affiliation, yadda yadda yadda.

cardio-doc
Hello: Yes - anytime anyone wants late-model Cadillac wheel fitment info - just drop me an e-mail. I don't check this site daily. All late-model FWD (Front Wheel Drive) Cadillac wheels will bolt right onto a 1993 Cadillac Deville. Of course -you'll need 16" tires. These two links show late-model wheels on earlier FWD Cadillac's like yours: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=7910072580 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=7907807550 This second link, shows a picture of 2000/2004 Deville wheels on a 1993 Deville - your car. FYI - I'm the largest sell of Cadillac wheels on eBay. To see all that I have to sell, click here: http://cgi6.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISA...&sort=3&rows=50 cheers, ~Doc --- Direct Performance on Ebay CaddyInfo.com Cadillac Conversations Blog
timokon@yahoo.com
Thanks, Cardio. Appreciate the info. Don't suppose that you have a grille for an 85 Fleetwood Brougham, do you? Came out of the store one day and it was gone Tim
cardio-doc
Sorry to hear of your missing grill. I have 1985 Deville grills on eBay now but those are for FWD. Any chance yours is a FWD car? If not - check eBay - you should be able to find the grill you seek quickly and inexpensively. good luck, ~Doc --- Direct Performance on Ebay CaddyInfo.com Cadillac Conversations Blog
