Its happened a few times here and there and the check engine light is on How do i see what the Problem code is? BodybyFisher Posted January 13, 2010 Report Share Posted January 13, 2010 Not sure how you can check codes on a 2006 maybe with a handheld scanner with CAN, but get this checked quickly, the timing chains have been problematic on this engine. Not saying that is what the problem is but check the codes.
