jevanof Posted July 9, 2009 Report Share Posted July 9, 2009 I just bought a 04 CTS, the car has every option but NAV, i noticed the car has an XM antenna, I called XM, they looked up the radio ID using the vin and they activated the radio, but when I hit the band button, it goes FM1, FM2, AM, and back to FM1, no option for XM, I called the dealer and they told me that the car is equipped for XM and they have no idea why its not turning on. Any ideas. Probably has to do with the XM module. I think it is seperate from the actual radio. It may be unplugged or bad.
