I had originally thought it was an aftermarket cell antenna and was going to remove it. But I have noticed several other Devilles of this year with an antenna in this same general area and thought I had better ask before I take it off. If your OnStar system has not been updated to the digital equipment version of OnStar, you do not have OnStar service. And I seriously doubt that your year model could be updated.
