I had an issue with the mirrors remembering where they should be pointing, like UP TO THE SKY! Turned out to be the mirror control in the drivers door panel. Replaced the control, everything back to normal. These switches interact with a lot of other items in the car, more than you would think. I know a guy with a Jeep that had the dash gauges go off while driving, doors lock and unlock on their own, etc. Turned out to be the door controls. Dealer failed to find the trouble for 4 months, finally took it to a local guy to get it fixed! Never underestimate the amount of a persons greed.
