BodybyFisher
If its that cold you might have moisture in your fuel tank that froze. When you turn the key on listen for the fuel pump. Also you can put a fuel pressure gage on it to check for fuel pressure Try pouring some dry gas into the tank and getting the car into a warm garage PS, where do you live with those temps? BodybyFisher
One more thing, is this code CURRENT or HISTORY? P012 (E012) .................................................. No Distributor Signal I am not sure but this could be a bad connection at the HEI distributor, check to see if the connector dropped out of the distributor but it could also be a bad ignition module Pre-1995 - DTC codes OBD1 >> 1996 and newer - DTC codes OBD2 >> https://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/gm/obd_codes.htm How to check for codes Caddyinfo How To Technical Archive >> http://www.caddyinfo.com/wordpress/cadillac-how-to-faq/ Cadillac History & Specifications Year by Year http://www.motorera.com/cadillac/index.htm
