The display says

1/ride control needs service

2/traction disabled

codes are:

T073

T063

T023

S038

Also the abs light is constantly on and the service light stays on with fresh oil and filters

Any help in figuring this out would be great.

1995 and older Cadillacs use the OBD 1 specification, here is where you get your code descriptions, did you happen to notice which ones were history and which were current?

http://myweb.accessus.net/~090/dtcobd1.html

T023 ........................................ RF Wheel Speed Sensor Continuity Fault

T063 ............................................................. Valve Relay Fault

T073 .......................... PCM - EBTCM/EBCM Pulse Width Modulation Signal Fault

S037 ............................ Electronic Level Control Exhaust Valve Short to B+

Explain the statement, the SERVICE LIGHT STAYS on with fresh oil and filters.... Does it say to change oil? You need to reset the Oil Life Monitor manually when you change your oil. Use the Information button to call up your OIL LIFE %, then press and hold reset till it changes to 100%

T023, your hub bearings have ABS sensors in them that tell the system how fast your wheel is turning that info is used for the ABS and traction control. The hub bearing has a wire coming off of it that must be connected check the connection and check for wire damage. Its behind the wheel you will need to get under the car or get it up in the air.
