lacseville
Bruce, when you swapped injectors, were they 1 hole spray? How about the pintle design? Most injectors I've seen have a little extension from the bottom of the injector. Did the camaro injectors have something similar? Looking into getting some, I found that from 86-91 a few different companies made the camaro's 5.0 injectors. (bosch, rochester, and ???) Let me know if there's anything that would help me. Today I was going to get some universal Accel 19# (or 21#???) just to see if they work. they have 90 day warranty. $230 i think. Thanks for the input. KevinW
The set of 19 lb/hr Nippondenso injectors (purchased as a Ford SVO part almost 4 years ago) is still working fine on a 1991 STS. The operating characteristics are slightly different from the OEM part, but the fuel trims at low duty cycles do not deviate much more than 5% from the ideal. ___________________________________________________
