I love the tech support here, but I will look again at the complexity of moving to a new host. We'd stay on the same software this time, but go offline a short period and then back online at the new host. Meanwhile I will continue to work with our current host to see what can be done to improve. Most users ever online was 173 on Today, 12:54 PM Nice that simultaneous users updated today. I reset this last month and it had been stuck on 169 for a while.
