Bad harness connections. Codes, fuses, circuit breakers, and relays. Confused multifunction switch (inside the steering column, the thing the turn signal stalk is on). But, first, run the OBD codes and check the fuses in the maxifuse block just behind the air cleaner. Here's how to get the OBD codes:

If you have a meter to check fuse continuity, that's better than just looking at them; sometimes they crack and go open but look just fine.
