The production version shares sheet metal with the regular CTS sedan from the base of the A-pillar. The corners of the rear bumper will be pulled rearwards so it meets low-speed impact offset requirements, and reshaped to cater for dual exhausts. The show-car wheels will be replaced by regular production items. Even the two-tone seats and stitching will likely be available, though with different materials.
