Not sure I agree with everything he said in some aspects, but overall, there's good info in there... Rechargeable batteries, which are more high performance than ever, with new types of cells & so on, he gives kind of a cursory overview on... but then other things, like ganging together the charging units, he gets into, which in reality, I can't imagine you'd ever really try, except as some sort of academic excercise.... First time I've seen a decent troubleshooting guide to various UPS's... pretty good job on that part. A good and interesting overview though. He did have a quick & dirty polarity tester in there that was a good idea, and should work, which could be very important. Lots of those barrel type plugs, different mfrs use opposite polarity, even within the same industry/ same type of device... so be careful with that. Thanks for posting...
