Astrak
Could be cuz it's 102 outside and I have a full tank of gas but this just seems a little slow to 60.
Bruce Nunnally
Hard to tell; from the time counter on the video appears to be around 8 seconds. If you avoid more wheelspin at launch and wait for a 60F day and empty gas tank it would be less, true. Nice video though. The SLS should do aroud 7.5 sec to 60? So this looks representative, well within the error of my eye watching the timer/mph. Astrak
Yea I was thinking it was around 7.5 to 8 seconds, I think I let off the gas a little premature before I actually got to 60.
Bruce Nunnally
It is tricky to use the speedo to measure this way also, as the displayed speed can have some lag. My AP-22 accelerometer is a little fragile, or I would offer to rent it out also. If I got a new G-TEch PRO RR maybe that would work for a rental unit. Accelerometers are fun, but they are the kind of thing that you seldom use; that seems to make them a good choice for a rental. Astrak
I agree I would seldom use one and for the price it's just not worth it. I know my GPS has some timers on it, I wonder if I can set it up to start timing when I accelerate and stop when I decel I'll have to look into it.
