If you really want to make people safe drivers again then simply remove all the safety features from cars. No more seat belts, ABS brakes, traction control, air bags or stability control. He just left us on Easter Sunday, April 8th, at 90 years of age. Yep, their's was an outstanding generation and there are so few left. I'm so grateful I was raised by folk of that era.
