Not sure what you are calling a bushing.

Where the top of the strut attaches to the body there is what GM calls a "strut mount" that includes a thrust bearing.

No bushings invloved at the top or bottom.

Upper strut mount? Yeah...replaced both. Darn Cadillac rubber mounts....too soft over time...

Aftermarket is near identical part. 1998 Seville and 2000 Deville and later should be the same part.

MONROE 902972 'Strut*Mate mounting kit.' About $70 each.

Now I see...'Made in Tawain' in very small letters on the box.....great.....hmmmmm..

I would be interested in seeing a Pontiac Bonneville GXP upper mount. Has to be a stiffer design.

I'm remembering the Guru sayin the Pontiac Bonneville GXP used monotube struts rather than the active suspension we are familiar with. Would be a totally different animal.
