Just thought I would update this. Been going through a rough patch for the last few years. I parked this car for the last year and just started driving it again.
I figured out and resolved the headlight issue today. It was a bad relay. The High/Low relay
If I flipped from low to high and back to low sometimes they would come back on, sometimes not.
I also had a bad relay for the foglamps. They have not worked in over a year as well
I had never tried replacing the high/low relay because it is the only 5 pin relay. As soon as I plugged in the new one they instantly came on.
Part#12077866 relay.
The Foglamp relay was part# 13500114
I also replaced the Headlamp relay due to the failure of the other 2.
