Stan S Posted March 10, 2006 Report Share Posted March 10, 2006 I'm trying to find the turn signal flasher on my 99 Concours. Service manual says below the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. It ain't there! Hazzard flasher is right there in plain sight, but no turn signal flasher. They had it wrapped up with insulation so you can't hear it click. I'm kinda hard of hearing so I'll probally remove the insulation so I can hear it!
