Without the benefit of anyone else here confirming yea or nay, I'd say it should be, because both vehicles use the same steering column to my knowledge. I don't know for sure if the steering wheel controls would be wired the same, but since both are on the E/K platform, I'd say it would work, but again, I don't know for sure. I think I have heard of folks putting the wood trimmed wheel from a 200x Eldorado on their 199x Seville/Eldo, so I would assume the wheel would also work on your DeVille, but I'm not positive. The rare mid-2000-up wood Eldorado wheel fits 96 - 99 Deville, 96 - 97 Seville models, and 96-up Eldorado. Problem is, it's very rare and crazy expensive.
