ted tcb Posted April 27, 2005 Report Share Posted April 27, 2005 I had my local tire store call me last week with a set of OPP pursuit snow tires to mount on my OEM 7 spoke rims for winter driving. I just picked them up ... Goodyear P225/60R16 Eagle GW2 ... they are unidirectional, speed rated tires used by our highway cops for winter pursuits. They cost $50 x 4 .... and will outlast my winter driving needs ... used 1 season. Replacement is $192 x 4, and they tell me these are the only high speed rated snows available.
