My 4.9's exhaust had a stench to it and had some steam coming out of the pipes (cold weather steam), but it was 70 out. The car was in the garage for a couple weeks. So, I decided to try and get rid of the steam and exhaust smell with some WOT. ...well, it worked! 10 WOTs later, no more smoke or stink! My tailpipes were completely black after that, haha.
