Driving with a bad FPR

I am ready to replace my Fuel Pressure Regulator, but I realized that I have been driving the car for some time now with the FPR that leaks fuel. I probably put around 3,000 miles driving like this. Is there a possibility that I damaged something inside the engine? No codes so far. Any input or though welcome.

You were just running a little rich. If anything, pull the plugs and clean them but probably not neccassary if it is running good. If it caused any problems with the O2 sensors, it would have set a code. I wouldn't worry about it.

A friend had a FPR go bad in a NS, and the dealer said it diluted the oil with gas, therefor thinning it a lot causing it to knock. It had Mobil-1 synthetic, which the dealer said was very beneficial in this circumstance.
