DFBonnett
Santa is bringing my daughter a new laptop so the old man is inheriting the old one. It's a Dell, 300+ mhz processor, 128 megs RAM and a 6 gig HD. I'd like to get a software, cable, connector package to do OBD1 and 2 diagnostics on my '93 Eldo, '93 Camry, '00 Mitsubishi, and '04 Chevy van. Any recommendations would be most appreciated. JimD
Not aware of one application that will read OBDI and OBDII. I have been using s/w and interface for OBDII for several years and it does a decent job on "P" codes. http://obddiagnostics.com/index.html Download the s/w and you can run it in SIMULATE mode (Santa!). WarrenJ
Or maybe this . . . . ? http://www.ghg.net/dharrison/ Regards, Warren There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved. - Ludwig von Mises
