princess Posted June 27, 2014 Report Share Posted June 27, 2014 In case anyone needs it I found the complete correct Owners manual to the 1999 Cadillac Concours.. http://www.vadengmpp.com/owners-manual/cadillac/1999-Cadillac-Deville.pdf This is applicable to the 1996 thru 1999 ( I have discovered) I have been trying to figure out how to program my memory seats for days (everytime I would put key in it would automatically adjust to this god awful position) only to discover the memory button i was hitting is specific to the RF Transmitter FOB and not the key itself after reading the manual. That and why the horn never sounded when hit the LOCK button on RF FOB.(Apparently that feature is programmable ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
