verifying torques for motor mounts and subframe 2005 DeVille

Replacing the pass side and drivers side motor mounts today. Already replaced the front and rear mounts about 6 months ago. Just want to verify the torques for the motor mounts and the sub frame mounts. Motor mounts 52 lbs ? Subframe mounts 42 lbs? When my mechanic did the front and rear mounts he just used the impact wrench to tighten the mounts and sub frame. So when we do the two side mounts today, my plan is to loosen the front and rear mounts and then re-torque them using a torque wrench with the proper setting.
