shenKing
It was pretty cold out (25 degree F) and when I drove the 92 STS the rear brake started smoking and when I pulled the rear wheel off, I could see the cable was still engaged and the wheel was locked shut. After loosening the adjuster and wiggling the cable, the parking brake finally released and the wheel was able to move freely. Is this a stuck cable or is it in the caliper? I am thinking of replacing the intermediate and rear brake cable and am looking for some guidance from someone who has done this stuff. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
